The Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) originally established the Reliability Assessment Committee (RAC) to review seasonal and long term assessments and handle related technical matters for the MRO Region.  On March 25, 2010, MRO Board of Directors took action to approve the creation of an Operating Committee (OC) and change the name of the RAC to the Planning Committee (PC).  The responsibilities and committee structure of the RAC were divided between the OC and the PC.  The new committee structure is shown below.
