A comprehensive medical package is offered through the provider network which covers over 80% of doctors in the Twin Cities.

In-network preventative services covered at 100%, 80% for basic services, 50% for major services, 50% for orthodontia ($1000 lifetime maximum benefit).

Vision
A separate plan is provided at no cost to the employee and family. Provides for either lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months OR contact lens care every 12 months. Laser vision correction discounts are available.
