Notes
1. The Data Representative must confirm receipt of the data request and review of the project schedule.
2. The power flow and dynamic data is due by February 19.  The EIA 411 confirmation is simply a statement that your company’s load forecast, which is represented in the models, is consistent with the EIA 411 data submission.  The model loads can differ from the EIA 411 data for any valid reason such as your company adopting a revised forecast since the latest EIA 411 data submission.
3. Each Data Representative must review all models and fix any modeling errors by April 9.  The review of Pass 1 models should fix all known errors, and the subsequent review of the Pass 2 models should confirm that the models are correct or require minor corrections.  Significant corrections to the Pass 2 models will necessitate the Data Representative receiving MBS approval prior to the change being implemented, since such changes will force the posting of Pass 3 models for a general review.
4. The model building contractor staff will perform benchmarking of the power flow models, and MRO staff will perform benchmarking of the Dynamics models. The benchmarking results will be part of the model documentation.
